Why we focus on the harness.

AKA's first act was building and deploying a fleet of security agents into production enterprise environments. The more we leaned on them, securing them so they could do real work, the more the harness they run in looked like the thing that actually needed securing. The harness is where agents read data, use credentials, and take action, and most security never sees it happen.

AI security is loud and crowded right now, but we're clear on where we're focused: the harness. The norms are starting to set. Agentic development is getting names like harness and loop engineering, which makes it easier to name the space we work in: agent harness security. It's the problem we can't stop thinking about, so we moved the whole company there.
